Tracking

When your order ships you get an email with the carrier and tracking number. You can also check it any time on Track your order.

Customs and import duties

Orders to countries outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by that country. These are paid by the recipient unless the checkout says otherwise.

Lost or damaged

If your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. The risk stays with us until the parcel is delivered to you.
