14 days to change your mind

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after you (or someone you named) receive the wallet, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period, by email or the contact form, with your order number. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.

Sending it back

Send the wallet back within 14 days after you told us, unused and complete, to the address we send you when you cancel. The cost of sending it back is yours. You may handle the wallet the way you would in a shop to judge it; if it was used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value.

Your refund

We refund the full price plus the original standard shipping cost within 14 days after you cancel, using the payment method you used. We may wait until we have the wallet back, or proof that you sent it.

Faulty or not as described

Separate from the 14 days, you always have your legal rights if the wallet is faulty or not as described. Tell us and we repair, replace or refund.
