The wallet
How does the pop-up work?
A small lever sits at the base of the card case. Press it and every card in the case rises in a stepped fan, so you can see each one. Take the one you need and push the rest back down.
Does it hold coins?
No. Eternity has no coin pocket. It is made for cards and notes, which is how it stays slim.
Does it block RFID skimming?
We have not tested this ourselves yet, so we do not claim it.
Orders & payment
How do I pay?
On Stripe's secure checkout page, with iDEAL | Wero, Apple Pay, Google Pay, a credit or debit card, or Klarna. You see the methods that work in your country. We never see or store your card details.
Do I need an account?
No. You check out as a guest with your email address. Your order number and email are all you need to track your order.
Can I use a discount code?
If you have one, enter it on the checkout page. Codes are checked there before you pay.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide; the cost and delivery time for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. See shipping.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to cancel without giving a reason. Send it back unused and we refund you. How returns work.
