You may cancel your order within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason. Tell us, send the wallet back unused and in its packaging within 14 days after that, and we refund the price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving it. The cost of sending it back is yours.
We use your name, address, email and phone number only to deliver your order and to contact you about it. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. We keep order records as long as tax law requires (7 years in the Netherlands) and never sell your data. You can ask to see or delete your data.
Prices include VAT. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. Dutch law applies; this does not take away the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live.
